Record calls made to your Net-Telco Number ……

Advanced Voicemail

Our Advanced Voicemail service is available for use with our Call Forwarding and our VoIP account services and is included as part of our Advances VoIP account.

The benefits over our Basic Voicemail service include:

  • You do not need to buy an additional number to use Voicemail on busy or no answer.
  • You can choose to have:
    • Voicemail via a dial in number.
    • Voicemail via Email.
    • Voicemail via Dial in and Email.
  • The Voicemail indication lamp will flash on VoIP phones to indicate new Voicemail.
  • Works in conjunction with our VoIP accounts.

Advanced Voicemail costs only £12 a year (BT charge £18.50 for their 1571 service which is less flexible than our offering).

Hunt Groups

We can offer two types of Hunt Group

Simultaneous Hunt Group – All phones in the group will ring at once. You can have a mixture of VoIP, Land Line and Mobile phones in the group.

Consecutive Hunt Group – The phones in the group will ring one after the other in the order you place them in the group. You can have a mixture of VoIP, Land Line and Mobile phones in the group.

Hunt Groups cost only £12 a year.

Time of Day Routing

Select where calls are to be routed based on the the time of day and day of week. Calls can be routed to VoIP, Land Line and Mobile phones as well as announcements, Voicemail, Hunt groups, Queues etc.

Time of Day Routing costs only £12 a year.

Auto Attendant

Also often called IVR (Interactive Voice Response) or Virtual Switchboard. Our Auto Attendant system will guide your caller to the best person to help them, saving your staff time transferring calls.

As an example you could have an announcement saying “Welcome to XXX. Please press 1 for sales, 2 for support or 3 for accounts”, this way the caller reaches the correct department in the fastest possible time.

Auto Attendant costs just £50 setup and £20 a year per menu.

3 way Calling and Attended Transfer

Transfer an incoming call anywhere in the world. You can do this from any telephone, VoIP, land-line or mobile1 by using a sequence of numbers after the star key. You can even use this feature to have a 3 way call.

Attended transfer with 3 way calling is free with the Advanced VoIP account. 

1 For this feature to work on your traditional phone line or mobile incoming calls must be to your Net-Telco number.

Professional Announcement Recording

We have access to a professional voice over artist who can record your Announcements, Voicemail  and IVR prompts at very reasonable prices (As low as £30).

Call Queueing

Call Queuing allows calls to remain in the system while the user the call is intended for is engaged on another call. The caller hears a message explaining they are in a queue together with hold music.

Call Queuing costs only £20 a year. We expect to have this feature available in the future.
