Prices are shown in pence per minute and exclude VAT, there is a minimum call cost of 2p.

Calls using a VoIP phone
If you have a VoIP phone you can connect to Net-Telco using your VoIP account. This gives you access to our low cost phone calls.
Calls using a Land line
IDA
Indirect access is a code that you enter before the number you want to call. Our IDA code is 18844. From a UK BT land line you can dial 18844 followed by the number you want to reach. You can program this code in to many phones. Some operators do not allow IDA access, if this is the case with your line you can use our gateway.
You can access the Net-Telco gateway by calling 033 022 011 00. Once connected simply dial the number you require. Please remember you will be paying your phone line provider for the call to the gateway (If you have a free UK land line call package this call will be included in the package). We will charge you for the onward leg. Our International rates often mean it is worth calling through our gateway rather than calling direct through your phone line provider.
Calls using a VoIP Trunk
If you have a Net-Telco Trunk you automatically get our low cost call rates.
Calls using a Mobile Phone
Calls to International destinations from your mobile phone are well know for being expensive so it makes sense to route your International calls via Net-Telco.
You can access the Net-Telco gateway by calling 033 022 011 00. Once connected simply dial the number you require. Please remember you will be paying your mobile operator for the call to the gateway, however if you have free minutes with your contract calls to the Net-Telco gateway will use these minutes.
Our app works in the same way as the gateway. It just makes calling easier. Our app automatically calls the gateway so you only have to dial the number you want or call it through your mobile phone phone book.
