My phone doesn’t register or I can’t receive incoming calls
This is usually caused when your phone is behind a router using NAT. Try enabling STUN on your phone and setting the STUN server to stun.net-voice.net. You may need to restart your phone for it to take effect.
Some routers have settings for SIP and its always best to try these first before setting STUN. However if you are using more than phone or service you may need to disable the routers SIP handling and use STUN on the phone.
If you can’t get things to work you may need to ask your router supplier for help.
